Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers using provided leads or databases.
2. Introduce products/services to potential customers and explain their benefits.
3. Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects through effective communication.
4. Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
5. Follow up on leads and inquiries from marketing campaigns or other channels.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
7. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
8. Collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.
9. Update knowledge of products, services, and sales techniques.
10. Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market trends.
11. Achieve monthly sales targets (Targets Applied).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be available for a full-time (in-office) internship.
• Candidates must be able to start the internship between 8th May 2024 and 12th June 2024.
• Candidates must be available for one year.
• Candidates must have relevant skills and interests.
• Women looking to start or restart their career can also apply.
• Candidates must have completed at least Class 12 (Plus 2) education.
• Candidates must have excellent communication skills.

Stipend:
NO Stipend will be provided for first 6 Months

Note : Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, interns will be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% per client onboarding).
